When will my order ship?

All items ordered from our website are custom and printed on demand just for you. This process takes a bit longer than traditional "non-custom" products as special attention and processes are required to prepare your items.

Typically your apparel should be ready to ship within 2–5 business days.

You should receive an email once your item has shipped along with tracking info. It may take some time for the post office to scan and receive it. If your package is lost, stolen, or damaged in transit. Contact us within 30 days and we will replace those items.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes! International orders ship via the postal service. You may incur import duties or other customs fees depending on your country of residence. We can't keep track of these, and are not responsible if your order gets held up in customs. If you do not see your country available in the shipping options, please send us an email and we can most likely add it.

Do you accept returns or exchanges?

We want you to be a Flix Cult super fan. We love what we do and your satisfaction is more important than anything. So all unworn and unwashed shirts can be returned or exchanged within 30 days of purchase.

Note that exchanges are free but the shipping price will not be refunded for returned items.

Where's my refund?

Once your return is received, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and processed your refund.

A credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Please be patient. It may take time before your bank posts your refund.

I haven't recieved my order yet – what now?

If it has been more than 14 days since your order date, and you still have not received your shipment, please email us at
